A beginner's social skate of 9 miles around the National Mall, passing by the Capitol, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and Lincoln Memorial. An optional Hains Point loop adds 3 miles. This skate is geared to beginners who haven't skated with us before, but many experienced skaters like it so much we come back every week for more. We often get food and drink at Froggy Bottom Pub at the conclusion of the skate.
